Timothy Bremner
Chief Executive Officer
Located in North Bay, Canada, Mr. Bremner has more than 30 years of experience in global drilling operations. He has been with Foraco since July 2006. Mr. Bremner was responsible for Foraco’s start-up operations in eastern Canada and its western Canadian operations through acquisitions. Mr. Bremner is also involved in building Foraco’s presence in the U.S. Prior to joining Foraco, Mr. Bremner held several senior management positions between 1990 and 2006 with Boart Longyear, a global drilling services provider based in Utah, including Director of Sales and Marketing, Regional General Manager and Vice-President of Drilling Services. From 1988 to 1990, Mr. Bremner acted as General Manager at Logan Drilling Group, a drilling company based in Nova Scotia. He began his career in the drilling industry with Longyear Canada in 1981. Mr. Bremner holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mining Engineering from Queen’s University, Kingston, Ontario.
Mr. Sevestre is the Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Sevestre has supervised the Corporate Accounting and Control Department at Foraco since 2007. Mr. Sevestre joined Foraco as a Cost Controller in 2001, in charge of the company’s South American and European operations. Prior to his involvement with the company, from 2000 to 2001, Mr. Sevestre worked as an auditor for Fidulor in France, a subsidiary of Grant Thornton. Mr. Sevestre holds a DECF (Chartered Accountant) from the Technical University of Montpellier.
Fabien Sevestre

Nathan commenced his drilling career in 2002 and holds a Class II water well license.
He has drilled and managed large water well and mineral exploration programs throughout Western Australian for a broad range of Major and Junior Client companies.
Nathan joined FORACO in 2015 and was responsible for all WA field operations until end of 2021 when he was promoted general Manager of FORACO Australia

Located in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, M. Simonin is Vice President Africa. He joined the FORACO Group in 2000 as Head of Pump Testing in France. Subsequently, Mr. Simonin, held various positions of Head of Agency in Niger, Djibouti and Mali before being assigned to Lunel in 2008, to manage special drilling programs in West Africa and Europe. In early 2011, Mr. Simonin was appointed Operation Manager in West Africa, , successively based in Mali, Burkina Faso and Abidjan which he held until December 2017. Mr. Simonin holds a BTS in Applied Geology and a Master’s degree in Geosciences and Geotechnics from the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis. Mr. Simonin joined the FORACO Group at the end of his studies.

Thierry Merle
Vice President Europe & Middle East
Located in Lunel, France, Mr. Merle is Vice President Europe and Middle East. He joined Foraco in 2000 as a Drilling Engineer in Ivory Coast. Afterwards, Mr. Merle held the positions of Country Manager in Mali, Chad, and Ghana before moving to Lunel, France, in 2006 to manage special drilling programs in West Africa. Late in 2009, Mr. Merle was appointed General Manager in New Caledonia, which he held until August 2013, when he returned to France. Mr. Merle is a Mining Engineer and graduated from the Alès School of Mines, France. Prior to working at Foraco, Mr. Merle held positions at Boart Longyear and Freyssinet (civil construction) in various engineering positions.
Laurence Girard-Mahieux
General Counsel
Located in Lunel, France, Mrs. Girard-Mahieux joined Foraco as In-House Counsel in 2008. She previously worked as In-House Counsel for Technip, a group of international engineering and construction companies in the oil and gas industry. From 2001 to 2004, Mrs. Girard-Mahieux worked as a lawyer for the Clifford Chance office in France. From 1997 to 2001, Mrs. Mahieux also worked as a lawyer in France and in California for Gibson Dunn & Crutcher. Mrs Girard-Mahieux graduated from the University of San Diego with a LLM in International Taxation and International Law. She also holds a LLM in International Economic Law from the University of Paris Pantheon-Sorbonne and a diploma from the Institut d‘Etudes Politiques.
